I have been asked to pay a customs fee (UK), what can be done?

All merchandise are subject to duty or other taxes on importation into your own country of residence once the order is over £135.

The packages that customs choose to hold is unfortunately out of our control and dictated by the UK Customs, apologies for any frustration caused.

We would love to be able to manage this for you directly with Parcelforce/Royal Mail, but they have quite stringent data protection regulations and require the recipient of the parcel to call them.
